From 23 October, the processually alienated and looped vocals with the text "Come Along, Come Along, Make No Delay" will be heard, timed to coincide with the arrival of the U2 at the Aspern Nord underground station. An acoustic reception committee for the visitors of this peculiar place on an open field including the subway connection.
The chorus line to be heard comes from the song "Uncle Sam's Farm" from 1850, which was intended to musically advertise the Oregon Trail, i.e. the settlement or territorial expansion into the so-called Wild West. "Come Along" forms the soundtrack for the advancing settlement of the seaside town of Aspern, because this part of the town will, as can be clearly seen in the distance by means of various construction sites and buildings, reach the underground station in the next few years.
In contrast to the approaching city, the chant of the installation dissolves more and more during the six-month period of the project and transforms itself over time beyond recognition.
