We have updated our submission process:
For projects with a budget of up to € 10,000, the advisory board decides directly in a 1-stage process.
For projects with a budget of more than € 10,000 up to € 100,000, the advisory board decides in a 2-stage process as follows:
If a positive decision is made in the first stage, an invitation to develop and present the project at the next advisory board meeting will be issued (3 to 4 months after the invitation). A flat design fee of €2,000 excluding VAT is provided for the development of the draft and the presentation. The final decision will be made at the second advisory board meeting.
Project Submission Deadlines: 15 January, 15 May, 15 September
Consultations: Consultations are available after submission of a project description and a cost, financing and time schedule.
