In Braunhirschenpark, a public park in the heart of Vienna’s 15th district, artist Marlene Hausegger and video editor Simon Janssen, together with kids and young people from the neighborhood, set up shop for two days with the DRAWING BATTLE CLUB 1150. At a live drawing station, the participants could make analog drawings and sketches and put together news items, which were then video-recorded and screened on a firewall in a larger-than-life projection. This produced an ever-changing lively image.
