Carolina Caycedo installed a mobile "market" in a delivery truck in order to organize her life based on non-monetary transactions. A platform was set up on the Secession web page to organize the bartering activity. Both online and in public spaces Cayedo offered goods and services (e.g. hair and cosmetics procedures) and solicited "payment" for them form a list of things she needs for day-to-day life. This exchange was negotiable. This action was began in 1998 in Bogotá and continued in other cities.
