We have updated our submission process:
For projects with a budget of up to € 10,000, the advisory board makes a decision directly in a 1-stage process.
Artistic projects with a volume of more than € 10,000 up to € 100,000 excluding VAT are judged by the advisory board in a 2-stage process as follows:
If a positive decision is made in the first stage, an invitation to develop and present the project at the next advisory board meeting will be issued (3 to 4 months after the invitation). A flat design fee of €2,000 excluding VAT is provided for the development of the draft and the presentation. The final decision will be made at the second advisory board meeting.

We are currently revising the technical submission process. An interim solution is available for the deadline on 15 January 2026.
The following steps are currently required for submission:
1.) Fill out the submission form digitally. To do so, please follow the link: SUBMISSION FORM
2.) Then send the documents listed below by email to einreichung@koer.wien.
