Destructive and constructive forces not only determine social life in the past and present, but in their ambivalent relationship they also shape currents in the visual arts, architecture and music. The conscious appropriation and transformation of public space becomes the basis for joint creation or even a process-oriented work in itself. Together with young people, the artists want to explore to what extent and how manifold the transformative intervention in public space is connected with the creative act and - more importantly - for what purpose it can be used. In particular, the destructiveness, which is otherwise usually seen as negative, is to be reflected from various angles and translated artistically, impulsively or even poetically.
The transformation process becomes a joint act of creation. The incorporation of time, process and change in the artistic work with the young people plays an important role. The wishes, ideas and personalities of the young people should be included in the realisation. Together, a work is conceived, which is created through a (guided) transformation process, the framework of which is determined by Club Fortuna. The implementation format, the form, colour and materiality, is defined in the best case in close cooperation with the young people and is continuously developed in the course of several meetings.
Unfortunately, the project could not be implemented and published as planned in the last phase.
