The material for SCHIMPFARENA. Jeder für sich und Gott gegen alle (TONSPUR _ spezial) (INSULT ARENA. Everyone for Themselves and God against All) consisted of a corpus of abusive words from the languages of the nations represented in the B Group at the EURO 2008, which were compiled, invented, and recited by four artists from the countries in the group (Germany, Croatia, Austria, Poland). The collections of swearwords blared from loudspeakers or were performed live. Added to this were abusive tirades from passers-by – starting from the second day of the European championship tournament.
