The contextualisation of the Lueger monument is now in its decisive phase – its realisation on the square itself. Since mid-January, the construction site has been set up at Stubentor, the monument has been scaffolded, and a few days ago, the installation of information boards about the project and Klemens Wihlidal's artistic design ‘Schieflage (Karl Lueger 3.5)’ was completed.

The construction fence at Karl-Lueger-Platz also serves to inform the interested public.
