The Milk Hall in Kongresspark (Liebknechtgasse 22–28, 1160 Vienna) was built in 1928, a year after the completion of the park and the nearby social housing complex Sandleitenhof. During the interwar period, the city distributed milk there at low cost or free of charge to prevent deficiency diseases such as rickets.
