Francesca Aldegani is hosting an embroidery workshop at Kubus EXPORT on June 20. The event is part of the artist’s installation The Happy Medium (on view through July 5, 2026), which aims to highlight women and, in particular, women’s skills.

Women from diverse cultural backgrounds are invited to attend. Through collaborative embroidery, the aim is to highlight and share the diverse knowledge surrounding this technique.

Participants will have the opportunity to work on a collaborative piece, bringing together various embroidery techniques and stories. This creates a space for collective experience.

Participants are asked to bring a sample that showcases their personal embroidery style.
